Makna Hari Kebangkitan Nasional
Hari Kebangkitan Nasional merupakan momentum nasional awal mula rasa dan semangat persatuan, kesatuan, nasionalisme dan kesadaran bangsa Indonesia bangkit memperjuangkan Kemerdekaan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia, bangkitnya perjuangan bersifat kedaerahan menjadi kesadaran nasional yang menyatukan seluruh kekuatan untuk meraih kemerdekaan.
Kebangkitan Nasional ditandai dengan dua peristiwa penting yaitu berdirinya Boedi Oetomo 20 Mei 1908 dan Ikrar Sumpah Pemuda 28 Oktober 1928.
Makna Hari Kebangkitan Nasional Bagi Bangsa Indonesia
Perubahan besar dimulai oleh satu orang, Kebangkitan Nasional dimulai tokoh nasional Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo, putra terbaik bangsa dan pahlawan nasional.
Dorongan untuk bangkit yang dibentuk oleh rasa cinta terhadap masyarakat Indonesia yang menderita dijajah bangsa asing di negerinya sendiri, kesadaran tersebut membuatnya bangkit melakukan gerakan untuk masyarakat dan bangsa ini, beliau membentuk perkumpulan untuk anak-anak yang tidak bersekolah tetapi memiliki kepandaian, karena beliau sadar bahwa pendidikan itu penting bagi kemajuan Indonesia.
Cita-Cita Luhur Yang Harus Disebarkan.
Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo bekerja keras untuk menyebarkan cita-citanya yang luhur, dan kemudian mendapat sambutan yang baik dari siswa Sekolah Kedokteran di Jawa khususnya daerah Jakarta , Adapun para siswa itu adalah Gunawan Mangunkusumo,Sutomo,Cipto Mangunkusumo, dan teman-temannya yang lain.
Mahasiswa Memberikan Dampak yang Besar.
Banyak mahasiswa yang menolak untuk memberikan sesuatu yang berguna untuk bangsa ini dan hanya berkata "Kita kan masih mahasiswa, nanti saja ketika kita sudah sarjana!". Sebenarnya kata kata tersebut menggambarkan kemalasan mahasiswa untuk membangun bangsa ini, apakah mereka tidak pernah berfikir bahwa yang mendalangi kebangkitan nasional adalah para mahasiswa. Mari kita bercermin pada Sutomo,Gunawan Mangkusumo dan Cipto mangunkusumo yang saat itu belum menjadi dokter,dan tidak lain berstatus sebagai mahasiswa, mereka berhasil mendirikan Budi Utomo sebagai lambang kebangkitan nasional.
Kaum muda Indonesia dan peserta didik MTs. Serba Bakti harus meneladani jiwa nasionalisme para pejuang, pahlawan dan pendiri NKRI ini. Jadilah pelopor kebangkitan diri sendiri, keluarga, masyarakat, agama, bangsa dan negara. Bangkit dari keterlenaan dan kemalasan menuju keberhasilan.
